Ergonomic Tips

Ergonomics is used to fit the workstation to the worker to promote appropriate work posture. Ergonomic tips can be used to help educate employees about appropriate sitting and working postures so they can reduce potential exposure to the development of muscle skeletal disorder’s (MSD’s). Below are somethings you can do to potentially mitigate exposure.

Placing the keyboard(link is external) and mouse(link is external) in the right area can help increase appropriate posture. While adjusting your telephone(link is external) position and using wrist and palm supports(link is external) can make your workstation more comfortable.
