Our State Vehicle and Collision Services (SVCS) ASE certified team members listen to you and understand your vehicle needs. Our highest priority is taking a thorough look at your vehicle with our 32-point inspection and explaining what needs to be done and what your options are. Our team follows industry standards for maintenance and repairs. We will ensure only necessary repairs are recommended to our customers.

Request Service
State agencies are encouraged to schedule vehicle maintenance services through the new online service request form. Agencies may also schedule services by calling SVCS at (573) 751-4286 or by emailing the request to vehicle@oa.mo.gov. (Please allow up to three business days for a response to service requested via email.)
Agencies using the Fleetwave system may also inquire about vehicle services through the online repair request form. To learn more about Fleetwave's repair request form, contact your agency fleet manager or SVCS.
SVCS will make every attempt to accommodate your request in a timely fashion. If possible, please schedule standard preventative maintenance two weeks ahead of the desired service date. Due to limited parking, please drop the vehicle off the evening before or the morning of your scheduled service date.
Towing
Need to have a state vehicle towed to SVCS? Agencies may contact the towing service listed below directly and ask to have the state vehicle towed to SVCS at 705 Missouri Boulevard. Agencies should instruct the vendor to bill SVCS for the tow charge. The agency will be billed by SVCS in the regular monthly billing process.
